Idea Creator
We're looking for an Idea Creator to research the market, develop POD (Print on Demand) products and run ads for personalised products — t-shirts, bedding sets, mugs, bags, shoes, canvas… for the US and European markets.
Responsibilities
- —🔬 Product research & development:
- —Research the market and customer needs (US & Europe)
- —Come up with ideas and direction for new product lines
- —Develop personalised print (POD) products on t-shirts, bedding sets, mugs, bags, shoes, canvas…
- —Create new products following the leader's direction
- —Run Facebook & Google ads for your products
- —Handle store tasks as assigned by the leader
- —📊 Analysis & reporting:
- —Track and analyse metrics: ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, LTV
- —Surface insights and propose optimisation strategies
- —Research competitors and evaluate top players’ tactics
Requirements
- —No experience required
- —Understand the market; enjoy exploring Western language & culture
- —Graduate of NEU, HUST, FTU, TMU, etc.
- —Sharp, strong problem-solving, a good team player
- —Highly responsible and able to work under pressure
- —Born between 2002 - 2005
